Thank you for purchasing this high quality product, your blending pack and circulation pump is designed to provide long term reliable service when correctly installed by a competent contractor. Differential bypass, Principal of operation When the set room temperature is achieved, the actuator/s will be closed, the circulation pump will continue to run. in order to protect the circulation pump, the differential pressure bypass will open automatically. Blending (mixing) valve, Purpose and operation Delivery temperatures into the floor system should be maintained between 37 and 44 Degrees C.Temperatures exceeding 44 degrees should be avoided as this may damage the floor and will shorten the working life of the pipe. Where the heat source is supplying at high temperatures or an uncontrolled appliance such as a wood fire or solar is applied a buffer tank is recommended. (tempering of the buffer output using the buffer return may be a consideration for some applications) . In some cases where uncontrolled heat source is applied, overheat control may be required to protect the system.
